Our Process
Thanks to our set up we are able to produce all our products with ULTRA LOW FOOD MILES. All our milk is 3 miles from our Caseificio where it arrives daily never more than 9 hours after having been milked. From here we process it using some of the best machinery made for the production of mozzarella and other pasta filata cheeses.
We work with local wholesalers all of which collect directly from us on the same day as production and a third party logistics company for our partners further afield. This has meant we have avoided putting more trucks on the road and make the best use of shared transportation. Leaving logistics to those who are best at it means our customers get their cheese both fresh and on time.
